Refund Policy
At JD Cigars, we aim to provide the best service and products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Time Frame: You have 5 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This includes original packaging and no signs of use or tampering.
Eligibility: All items are eligible for returns and refunds. However, if an item is not in the same condition as received, or if you simply do not like the product, a return or refund will not be granted.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@jdcigarsllc.com with your order number and a description of the issue or reason for the return.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs upfront, including obtaining their own shipping label.Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund both the shipping costs and the cigars cost.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a refund receipt.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via email with your order number, a description of the issue along with detailed information on the products you wish to exchange for. We are happy to process exchanges as long as the product is in its original condition.
